Infamous Money Management LLC agrees to furnish services to you as a customer, subject to the following Terms of Service.

You as a customer acknowledge that the nature of the services furnished, and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to you. You are aware that Infamous Money Management LLC may change the specified rates and charges in the future provided a 30-day notice is given. The current rates and charges communicated are based on the current cost of providing services for Infamous Money Management LLC, which these costs could change in the future.

Infamous Money Management LLC currently uses PayPal to process payments for its services, with all credit card information secured and stored by PayPal, and Infamous Money Management LLC has no access to any credit card information. Therefore, you agree that Infamous Money Management LLC will not and can not be liable for any credit card security breaches.

Services at Infamous Money Management LLC are sold based on a prepaid basis, with your only obligation being for the service signed up for, and while services can be canceled at any time, there will be no refund for any partial amounts. In addition, all payments to Infamous Money Management LLC are non-refundable.

All the content on the Infamous Money Management LLC website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) are the property of Infamous Money Management LLC and are protected by US Copyright. Any use of Infamous Money Management LLC content without the express written consent of Infamous Money Management LLC may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to close the website for short periods of time for general maintenance, but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. You as a customer of financial services acknowledge that the services provided by Infamous Money Management LLC are of such a nature that risk is involved and financial loss is a possibility. In addition financial loss can caused by many reasons other than the negligence of Infamous Money Management LLC and that the resulting damages are difficult to ascertain.

Therefore, you agree that Infamous Money Management LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the Infamous Money Management LLC. You further acknowledge that Infamous Money Management LLC's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by customer for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall Infamous Money Management LLC be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.

You as a customer acknowledge and agree that all disputes regarding Infamous Money Management LLC shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the State of Texas.

Any failure of Infamous Money Management LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Infamous Money Management LLC, and governs your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

Infamous Money Management LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend services to any client for any reason at its sole discretion.

Infamous Money Management LLC reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Terms of Service and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner with or without notice.
